Winchester Gardens is accredited by the Commission of Rehabilitation Facilities/Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC)—The only international accrediting body for CCRCs. Before awarding accreditation, CCAC reviews all facets of a community's amenities, services, accommodations, management, and long-term financial reliability. The CCAC "Seal of Approval" is a mark of quality, awarded to only about 350 of the thousands of continuing care communities nationwide.
